Cancel Contract
Consumers may electronically cancel an online contract concluded through HKS Energy within the statutory cancellation period. Sending the cancellation declaration in good time is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Cancellation in two steps
- Use the button to open your customer account. Enter the email address used for the purchase and then the six-digit verification code sent by Shopify.
- Select the relevant order. Depending on the status of the items, select “Cancel items”, “Return items” or “Cancel or return”.
- Select the affected items and add the information requested by Shopify.
- Review your information and submit the request using the final confirmation button.
After submission, Shopify automatically sends a confirmation email to the email address provided for the request. This email serves as the electronic acknowledgement of receipt.
Processing the request
A cancellation request does not automatically cancel the order. HKS Energy reviews each request and informs you about the further processing. Statutory rights and deadlines remain unaffected.
Alternative contact option
You may also exercise your right of cancellation by making another clear declaration. Please state your name, order number, affected goods and the email address used for the order. You do not have to give a reason for cancellation.
