Shipping, Delivery and Payment

Delivery areas
We deliver only to countries and regions that can be selected during checkout. The fact that an address can be selected does not yet constitute a delivery commitment. Additional restrictions may apply to freight shipments, hazardous goods, particularly large or heavy products and products from certain manufacturers; these will be communicated before the contract is concluded.
Shipping costs
The specific shipping costs are shown at checkout before the customer submits the order requiring payment. If we arrange partial deliveries, no additional shipping costs will be charged.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is stated on the product page, at checkout, in the order confirmation or, for items that must be procured, after the manufacturer has responded. In the case of advance payment, the delivery period begins on the next working day after payment is received. Sundays and public holidays at the place of dispatch or destination are not working days.
Freight delivery and acceptance
Freight deliveries will be announced in advance whenever possible. Please ensure suitable access and that someone can accept the delivery. Carrying goods inside, installation, connection, commissioning and disposal of old equipment are included only if they have been expressly confirmed as services. Where possible, please inspect the packaging and goods for visible damage when they are handed over and inform us. Consumers' statutory rights are not restricted if damage is not reported immediately.
Payment methods
Only the payment methods displayed at checkout apply. For bank transfers, you will receive our current Revolut payment details securely at checkout, in the order confirmation or on the invoice. Use only those details and the stated payment reference. For security reasons, our bank details are not published generally on the website.
Non-EU countries, customs and import charges
Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, clearance fees or service charges. These are levied by authorities or service providers in the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. Customs checks may extend the stated delivery time. Delivery to Serbia and North Macedonia is available only if the destination country has been enabled at checkout or an individual quotation has been issued.
